How do I order a flat-rate ride from one location to another (a transfer)?

<p>You can order a transfer ride by filling out the online order form on our website or by calling +7 (499) 322-00-43. Please pay for your order once you get our confirmation that it has been received. Unpaid orders are automatically canceled.</p>

How do I pay for my order?

<p><b>Wire transfer (companies only)</b> — please include your company billing information when placing the order. You will receive an invoice once your order gets confirmed.</p> <p><b>Credit card</b> — if you select this payment method, you will receive a link to a credit card payment page along with your order confirmation. The page is a secure part of a trusted payment processing bank's website, and we will have no access to your credit card information.</p>

Which credit cards do you accept?

<p>We accept Visa and MasterCard.</p>

Will I be able to get billing documents for my records?

<p>The original invoice and tax invoice will be mailed to your physical business address. If you are an individual, please send us a request for the paperwork.</p>

Payment refund for canceled orders.

<p> We will refund your payment — provided the order has been canceled in advance — upon getting a written request form the payer. The money will be refunded to the account from which they were received. </p>

Meet and ride

How do I know your driver?

When picking up at the airport, our driver will be waiting for you in the meet&amp;greet area, holding a sign with the message you can specify when placing your order. In the unlikely case you are having difficulty finding the driver, please call +7 (499) 322-00-43, and our manager will gladly assist you. <br> <br> At the train station, our driver will be waiting for you with the sign directly on the platform. <br> <br> When ordering a pickup at a specific city address, you will be advised of the car's make and plate number. You will also be notified when the car arrives. You will be able to specify a pickup location at the time of placing your order.

What do I do if my flight is delayed?

<p>We will track your flight in real time, and the car will be waiting for you at the actual arrival time. Also, if your flight arrives early, our driver will be ready and will not make you wait.</p>
